Where do you find out the qualifications for seeing if a deer makes the TN book?

I believe it is 115 net archery and 140 net gun or muzzleloader

115 typical, 140 non typical

Muzzleloader:
125 typical, 150 non typical

Rifle:
140 typical, 165 non typical

He killed it last Week but I hadn't had a chance to go by and see it until today. Pics don't due it justice. He has serious mass. All diameter measurements are 4" and up
