Malarkey takes over full time 2016 (9-7)

Literally this is the best the titans have been since 2007 & 2008 ten years ago lol I know the guy has struggled this year but dang give him another chance to do some staff adjustments & player adjustments & let's see what his got next year.

I can't stand the Titans . Just some rebadged Houston Oilers . But if you are going to commit to a winning program u have to commit to a winning coach .
They should have never hired Malarkey in the first place but if ur going to make the hire u to make a investment in him and let him nurture and mature the team . 9-7 is a heck of a good start and frankly I am surprised in such short order . Give him 3 or 4 years and see how he shakes out . He can't be any worse that JF
