immaculate cdl 30-06 with elite4200 4x16.gun and scope is only 2 yrs old.A buddy of mine has it and he's gonna sell it.How much should i give?

The rifle with bases/rings if immaculate $500.00/$600.00 the scopes are made with 40mm and 50mm objective and are $100.00 difference in price.
Extra $275.00 for the 40mm and $375.00 for the 50mm version.
