Tim’s Ford bank fishing

I haven't fished in years, and was never really big into it. Can y'all help me with some tips or spots to fish, and also what fish should be biting this time of year from the bank. I really like crappie but have never caught one. I also like bluegill and catfish, but open to ideas! Figured some of y'all could get me off to a good start thanks in advance!

Im no expert on tims, but ut can be tough fishing. You may consider the elk river below the tims ford dam. Lots of trout and smallmouth and easily waded
