Kinda looks like big ole ticks, they [ticks] get pretty big after they have been on an animal for a long time. Or could be warts, although i've never seen warts around a deers eyes before.

I had 3 hook up on me in the same place on opening weekend of bow season several years ago. They weren't on my eye though.
