this one peeled some line off !!!

[/img] got this one just before daybreak the other morning on top water and he sure peeled off some line and put up a hard fight. got another one that was a tad smaller but this one was 32lbs.

Thats a nice rockfish! We tried to go after them today but couldn't get any bait. We threw 2 cast nets for about 3 hours and ended up with 3 gizzard shad. Decided to go try it with those, and just caught 3 catfish.

NICE FISH!!

gizzard and threadfin shad are scarce below melton hill dam and very few skipjacks. we couldn't find any bait last summer either.
