The committee has always had it's favorites and when possible seem to lean towards them every year.
Would be nice if these match ups were determined by merit rather than TV contracts...
So if Heuple had said that Hooker had a knee sprain and they were going to rest him for Vandy but expect him to be ready to go in 3 weeks, the ranking would have been different?

hooker would not have played a crappy bowl game and lower his value in the NFL. I don't expect Bryce to do so either. Ur Ranking is what it is because you got your rear end handed to you by a 44th placed unranked team. Face the music and head to the toliet bowl. Be satisfied with the glorious 7th place finish, the best you have had in 15 YEARS. ALABAMA will be satisfied with the worst finish we have had in 15 YEARS and live with that. . You know the funny part? I have 2 friends that graduated from alabama and they aren't like Bandwagon Nation at all. You can actually talk football or even watch a game with them and have a good time. They hate Bandwagon Nation more than we do. In their words "those idiots give all alabama fans and the university a bad name".
I just wonder why y’all assume everyone is a ban wagon fan? I remember when the shoe was on the other foot. When Peyton played, my step moms family(huge vols fans) would spend at least a couple of hundred dollars in oranges and stuff our mailbox, vehicles, fridge full of em. Winning teams always have bandwagon fans. Whether it’s Alabama, Tennessee or whoever.
Some people just pull for winners and don’t stick around for the tough times.
Alabama has a lot of them now because they have been winning for awhile.

Almost every alabama fan I know (besides the 2 alumni) were born, raised, and lived their whole lives in either Tennessee or Mississippi. They have no ties to the school or the state. The only reason they are alabama fans is because they win a lot.

I’m Tennessee born and raised. My family on one side is from Tuscaloosa and some went to the university. I’ve been a lifelong Bama fan though good years and bad.
If Bryce is not expected to play in Alabama's crappy bowl, why is it not reflected in their ranking?
With their starting QB out due to injury, its logical to think Tennessee isn't as good of a team as they were earlier in the season.
