I always wrap whole breast with bacon add worchester,garlic salt and pepper.Some I stick a jalapena slice under the bacon.I've always cooked them on the grill.This year I fileted mine off the bone and melted heaping table spoon of butter,dip pieces into butter,then garlic salt and pepper.Wrap in bacon then marinate in worchester or teriyaki sauce.Google dove recipes if you'd like a variety.
