That tells me all I need to know, basically, just ignore this review altogether.

The only thing that I would recommend at Corky's is the deep fried onion ring loaf...

It's not that Corky's is bad, it's just not the best.

I would call them "consistently good" and "appropriate for the non-adventurous tourist". I know a lot of folks that are unwilling to go to the sorts of places where some of the best food is served. To those folks, I advise going to Cordova and eating Corky's. They always come back satisfied, but (blissfully) ignorant of what they missed.
