Anyone Texas Rig their decoys? Thinking about trying some this year. Looks like a good idea to save time and cold fingers. They've got the pre-rigged kits for like $30 but Im thinking of making some myself to save some money.

Best way to go for sure, I have done all my decoys this way, you can buy the materials in bulk online and save loads compared to the kits

What material do you need and where can you get them?

Yeah we have several of ours rigged this way. We actually use Husqvarna weed eater line and those little crimps. Loop them all on a carabiner. Works great

I'm not a fan of weedeater line.. Never worked as tangle free. I went online to SNL.com bought their 400 lb test line.. Got crimps and melted my own weights.. Worked awesome. I've made about 60 dozen so far this year.. now all i need is ducks to come visit the blind.. HERE DUCKY DUCKY DUCKY
