Vols have now signed 12 four * or higher defensive players since the 2022 class. Not counting multiple highly ranked athletes that can play on both sides of the ball.
Like the article said the vols didn't have much to work with the last 2 years. The D will take a nice step forward in 2023. this defenses don't have to be top 15 for the vols to win a lot of game.
