Tellico/Citicorp Trout Regs

I've called the Region 3 office, who sent me to the Tellico Hatchery, who I've left 2 messages with that have gone unreturned... where do I go next?

I'm not finding any bait or hook restrictions in the fishing regulations book for Citico and it's tributaries, but I could have sworn that there used to be restrictions. I'm wanting to verify this before my daughter and I go up there the week after next, and it's probably been 10 years since I've trout fished up there. I want to have fun doing a little trout fishing with her, and want her to be successful, but don't want a ticket either.

I see no hook restrictions for either stream. There is the restriction that you cannot use minnows for bait. There are equipment restrictions for some of the streams listed below those two.
