It has been a great year! I killed a buck with a bow, a muzzleloader and one with a rifle!

Here is the rifle buck. I named him "twiggy". He has a piece of wood stuck in his antler that caused the deformed side during velvet. It is still in his antler!

Never seen any wood grown up in a rack before. Nice deer to finish a good season.

Why would you shoot 3 bucks? Just my deal nor everybody's but if you aren't going to mount it, why shoot it. I am trying to convince a friend of mine and his son of this. They have 5 bucks between them and none are mountable. They are passing up does to shoot 2 year olds. These guys hunt a lot and seeing deer is not a real problem most years. Just don't understand this. They have shot many deer and meat is not a problem where they hunt with so many does available during season.
