For Sale Sweet corn

If you love sweet corn and live anywhere near Ktown, you should meet up with @ewc to get some of his corn. It's called " Coon Delight" and we all know those coons know what they're doing. This is the best peaches n cream I've ever had. I just cooked a dozen and have eaten 4 so far. Gonna break out the striped bass to cook for supper tonight to complement the corn. Thanks Judd.

Picked 600 ears today.

That's the key to good sweet corn IMO, it needs to be picked when it's ready. My experience is you only have a 3-4 day window for peak flavor.

Missed you today, I may have been at the wrong Ingles (Emory @ I75, around noon). Are you going to be anywhere Tuesday? I used to get corn from the Varner's (blue F150 w/ the white camper top) when they set up at the Halls Shopping Center, but it's been a few years.

Well, the wife and i just had some of @ewc's "Coon Delight" sweet corn for dinner. It was excellent! I met him this morning and he's a stand up guy! I ended up getting 3 dozen and I'm glad I did. If you get a chance you need to pick some up! Thanks EWC!

I ate 3 ears of it last night. It's fine eats for sure!

I picked another 400 ears last night. 100 were bought right after the pick. 300 left.

Still have 3,000 ears to pick.

Tasty corn, but I hate picking now.

Picked 500 tonight. The 400 from last night are gone.

Headed to the Farmers Market in Farragut at 8 am.

Upped our estimate to 5,000 ears. We've sold 1,600 so far. Good yield.
