grated sharp cheddar & a equal amount of cream cheese,a big splash of Worcestershire sauce,split peppers long ways fill with mixture & wrap with bacon,for a milder & just as good try that with banana peppers,i use a spoon to remove the seeds,i also use cheap thin bacon as it is easy to wrap & cook till the bacon is done,mike243

no sorry,you bake them at 350,make sure you have the stuffed side up so most of it will stay inside,both peppers will be very mild as long as yo de-seed them & remove as much white membrane as you can without breaking the pepper,to make the deep fried style you have to just cut the end off clean out & stuff,then cap it with bacon & secure the bacon with a tooth pick or 2,mike243

try the baked before you do the deep fried,i have never had any complaints in the last 20 years except for "where d they go " :) ,mike243
