strange growth?

I don't know how to post a certain trailcamera picture I got yesterday, but a fawn had a growth under it's neck about the size of a basketball. Wonder what it is?

?My son shot a young doe with a tennis ball sized growth over one of its eyes. It completely blocked vision from that eye. It was connected by only a small amount of skin and must have bounced around when she walked.
