Venison Steak (cubed is good)

Brown Gravy mix

Tendorize meat and pound
mix flour, salt, pepper, and paparika
heat Olive Oil in Iron skillet
coat meat with flour mixture
cook meat in skillet until medium
take meat out and set aside
add olive oil to skillet
sautee onion, garlic (2 bulbs) and mushrooms
add red wine, 2 cups water, and brown gravy mix
stir well
Add meat to gravy mixture
cook until tender (30-40 minutes)
Serve over egg noodles and enjoy!
