Any suggestions on some plots that can be planted in spring. I have clover plots but looking for something else. Thinking about corn but it is very expensive per acre. Just trying to get more plots in and not take up so much time in fall.

sun flowers arent bad...cheap.
I was wanting something to plant in spring for deer use during hunting season.

Milo should be similar to standing corn. They will use it in the winter. And it is a lot easier to grow, I'm going to try a test plot.

We had some sunflowers last year and they never touched them. But I've seem several plants that it took them a couple years before they start using them.
