Week before Christmas Ethan had some fun in TN. Killed does and got a 99in 4.5yo cull 7pt at 378 y with the 6.5 WSM.

When he went back to get the gator to load the deer, he had a red fox come out at 300y and killed it as well.

He skinned out the fox and is going to try to tan the pelt himself.

Congratulations on a nice buck and a very eventful day.
 
Good job! Bet that 6.5 WSM works well. What bullet you shooting? I built a 25 WSM years ago and love it!!

Started out with the 140 bergers at 3250 fps, but they grenaded.

Tried the 150 Abs, but couldn't get them to stabilize, so I currently load 130 ABs and slow them down to 3150 fps. But they still explode. The fox at 300y had a 3in exit hole in the pelt.

Gonna try the Barnes 127 LRXs next.
