That was immediately what I thought, too. Built exactly like a hybrid, but with solid stripes. Weird - I've seen stripers with broken lines like a hybrid, but never a hybrid with solid stripes. I guess it could happen though.

HUGE belly on the biggest striper in the bottom pic, too.

Never thought about it being a hybrid, for my money it is a fat striper, if it is a hybrid and it could be, it was the only one out of 30+ fish this morning.

Secret can be found at Hogy lures. They have a website. Talk to Gene and tell him you talked to Sam. He sent me some free lures today. If you catch fish on his lures and send pictures he will send free baits. Great deal.
