22lb bird injected with creole butter. Smoking over apple and pecan wood.



About 4 hours in should be ready in about 5.5-6 hours. Basted with chicken broth, apple cider vinegar, honey and maple syrup. Going to cover the legs as they are dark enough, breast can use a little bit more.
