Slovenia Huchen fishing advice

Hi all.
Making a trip up to Slovenia and want to fishing. Going to fish evening into night. Thinking of catching some Huchen fishing Slovenia fish with a lure or something live, then casting out the Huchen fish to hopefully hook into something big. I'm not picky..just looking for a fight if I can. Will be there August 7th. Any advice on Huchen, species easiest to catch, which pier..etc..is greatly appreciated.
