Sizing deer up w/ a Mil-Dot Reticle

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone here hunts with a Mil-Dot? I am wanting to get the full value from mine by learning to judge distance by measuring the deer through the mil-dot.

I know the calculations and such, but would anyone happen to know a good average for deer size? Torso size?
