Shout out to Burris Customer Service

so i got my FastFire3 in the mail on friday and went to mount it but the threads in the base were stripped so the screws would just free float.

I was PISSED at that point, called burris first thing monday morning expecting to have to send it all back and what not but the guy said i will over night you another base and screws today! no questions asked.

Man its a pleasure to deal with a company that still cares about their customers and stand 100% behind what they sell!
 
I had a pair of landmarks that the eye piece broke after a few months. They sent me a brand new pair. Great customer service.
 
They are fantastic, when I got mine last year the mount wouldn't work right with the pistol grip SBEII so they had me talk to one of their techs who walked me through the process to make it work.

This year I lost the dust cover, and called them expecting to have to buy them for some absurd amount and they sent me 6 for free.

Great service so far.
