Caenan(SP) vs Curado. Just getting bk into bass fishing always been a curado guy, but didnt know about the price.

I have no idea...never used a shimano reel, just shimano gear shift on my bicycle. when it comes to reels I'm not picky, I just like a spinning reel that gets the job done without messing up on me.

someone here should help you decide.

They are both great reels. The Caenan isn't as solidly built and I don't like the foam handles that come on it. Can't go wrong with the Curado. Will last several years on down the road.

Don't forget the Citica. Alot like the Curado, less ball bearings, but alot cheaper.

I'm not much of a baitcasting fan, but I like their spinning reels, especially the ones that have the "trigger" on them. If it doesn't have that on it, it just feels weird to me.
