My fixen to be wife just shot her first deer with a bow this is her first hunt of the year and she smoked him at 40yrds I am more tore up than she is. setting beside her and watched it all go down and ran the range finder I am so excited for her pic to come. What a hunt.

Yea we have not been in the stand for 15min they was a second buck behind him he is still in front of us but out of range for me. Yea she killed it in my first ever food plot on our property at the base of the knob.

Looks like it has some nice mass to the rack for a young buck....nicely done. Still waiting on my first ever bow kill. It has been hard for me to get one. I have trouble getting them in range and when i do i judge the wrong distance and always miss. But man does it make my heart start pumping even when i see a doe. Put a rifle in my hand and i don't get the same feeling.
