Didn't want to hijack your thread about 7mm's catfishing trip...

How has the lock construction affected fishing below the dam?

I noticed they have filled in the lake between the RR trussle and the bank on the lock side...It was a prime spot for the gills when the spill gates were open.

Sorry for slow response. I've been on-the-road.

Construction has affected catfishing for me slightly... mainly just because it's taken out some fishing area. But really not much. I fish for cats mostly turbine side and downstream.

Construction has wiped out some great bluegill and smallmouth spots. But what can you do?
