I've got turnips mixed in with oats and rye. The oats/rye have been nibbled on pretty good but not the turnips. Is this common at this point in the season?
X2Longhunter said:Yes, turnips need a few frosts to sweeten them. In my area of the Cumberland Plateau that time is late November through January. Deer will hit them hardest during that time.
