Bama is known for stopping the run first.... So if a team doesn't have a good run game and/or a mobile QB then it could be a long day for teams.

Right now vandy is opposite of what I thought they would be.
Definitely don't have a mobile qb, and the line is struggling to get Webb any blocking.
I totally expect a blowout. I would be happy with a game the DORES don't just get blown away in.
I do feel like vandy shud be ranked in the top 25 tho. I guess k st wasn't the quality win I thought it was.
The vandy d tho..... man!!!
They have held teams that usually score a lot of points to almost nothing this season and the end of last.

I wouldn't at all be surprised to see Vandy come out fired up and give Bama all they want for a half or so. In the end the Tide's superior athletes will wear them down, but I don't expect a blowout.

I'm glad the see the 'dores playing good ball again.

I'm all for the underdog but I would pump the brakes a little on Vandy until they started playing some league games. The next three weeks will show if Vandys ready to play with the big boys.

I'd love to play the whine game that we are suffering from injuries like other teams do but it's part of the game .

BAMA so far is not the team it was this time last year . SAT game should have been a blow out . 57-3 or so . It could have gotten ugly. Vandy may be the toughest opponent on regular season schedule . I for one am NOT underestimating them .

Haven't watched it but have been listening online to Vandy play-by-play. They are impressed.

We'll see tonight if Miss St might have something for them, but I don't see anyone staying within 3 TDs of them in SEC play.

But I kept hearing something bout this amazing vandy D, & a complete vandy offense.

I know it must have been tough to watch for a Vandy fan however, I know what the score was and all that, but Vandy played a pretty good game actually.
If you watched it all their defense was actually really good and they were just a split second / fraction of an inch away from breaking up dang near every play.
Weakest link, imho, was the quarterback, he got rattled early and never could shake it off.
Not that very many could but the two scores early broke his spirit I think.

Anyway, Vandy is alot better than 59-0 I promise you that.

I hope they are better than 59-0
I cheer for Vandy when they play anyone but ALABAMA!

I think they will bounce back and have a great season
