Removing paint from Painted skull

Guys, last year I killed my best deer ever and took it to the taxidermy for a European mount. When I got it back the skull had been dipped in camo paint. It looks great if thats what you want but to me it's terrible. I'm don't even want to display it. Taxidermist told me it was mistake but there was no way to remove the paint. It's baked on automotive enamel. If anyone can offer up some suggestions on how to remove the paint please let me know. If there's a process that you can perform please contact me and I'll gladly pay for your services. Thank you.

Yes, that's crossed my mind but I'm seeking alternatives prior to going that route. Uncertain of the end results.

Well one option is to cut antlers off and put them on a artificial skull.

I do not know anything about the dipping process. Heck see if they can dip it in white?
