Looking at adding a red dot to my 301 20 ga that's coming.
Thinking about a FF3.

Also. Stick with factory choke or is there something better. Will be shooting tss.

Hard to top a FF3

I'm still running the factory choke in mine with 9's. I'm not sure I can improve on it with 9's.

I have 5 boxes of apex 9.5's that I think I'll try a .385 comp-n-choke with or the .385 trulock.

I have a Bushnell Trophy TRS-25 on my 301 and really like it. I put a piece of shoot thru mesh on the business end and then slid a home made sun shade over it. Works great. That's a Vortex Venom on my youth 870 20ga. Really like if too. As for chokes, there are dozens of options but my favorite is the Catlson's LBXR .568

Been running Burris FF2's since 2011. I have acquired a total of 4 since then and have yet to have an issue with any of them. The FF2 is a bulletproof design that I wish Burris still offered.

I have a ff3 on my duck and turkey guns. Love them.
I would also consider a Sig Romeo 5.

Let me know if you have success with a different choke.

I just ordered a FF3 from cabelas. 129.99. I had $125 in gift cards from Christmas. Can't beat that. Can't wait to try it out.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

I went with a Trulock Longbeard XR choke in a .560 constriction and out of my 26" barreled H&R it is awesome. At 40 yards 130 pellets in a ten inch circle and at 20 all but 9 pellets in the ten inch circle.( I moved it over and centered the 20 yard pattern just didn't get pics of the next shot) That is with a new box of LBxr #5's. And I have the Vortex enclosed Defender CCW. It is solar like the Holosun just a lot cheaper.

100% recommend a Burris FF3 and a Indian creek choke tube. Only thing I would do is get on egw custom gun works website and get the slim mount for the red dot. The factory pica-tinny rail is to High and makes it where your cheek is off the butt stock with any type of red dot or scope. I got one for my Steven's 301 410 and it makes a huge difference

Got a link for the choke ?
I'll check the mount out. Thanks
