Reading here I decided to try nosejammer. How was best use?

So yeah reading on this forum has convinced me to try Nose Jammer.

What's the very best way you guys have found to use it?
Can you get it at walmart or do you order it?

I bought some last week. Sprayed it Saturday morning and it smells just like WD-40 to me. I don't know if I'll be using it again.

The can does have instructions on it. Spray on boots to walk in then spray your tree once set up.

I haven't used scents in a long while. I did buy some nosejammer last year but couldn't bring myself to use it. With that said, I decided I was gonna use it this past Sunday morning. I sprayed it on my boots on the walk in. I then sprayed it at the base of my tree and once again above my head once I was up. I had a doe and her fawn at 60 yards thinking they would wind me as the walked past. They both came right under my tree and sniffed the nosejammer. Both seemed to like it and not on alert. The fawn licked it. They hung out about 15 min with in 15 yards of my tree before they left casually down wind.

Head Hunter swears by it and a few others. My brother started using it last season and swears by it. I finally picked some up at Richard's (the only place I've seen it on a shelf). I had a $20 voucher, so it was free.

It smells like Vanilla, not WD-40. If yours smells like WD 40 it may be bad.

My judgment is on hold, because this has been one of my worst years for deer sightings. I have only seen 4 total and I don't think I had it when I saw the last 2.

BTW You spray your boots and the tree when you get in there, but I think you are supposed to spray your clothes with it too.

My kit came in Monday it included body wash/shampoo, deodorant, laundry detergent, and the spray. Gonna give it a try :super:

that is what my brother buys. It is like $40 for the kit.

A can runs about $14-15 by itself.

Well...evidently it doesn't freak out my deer.
I used it two days back to back in the same area. The winds were shifty. Both days I had calm deer near me that were in my scent stream.
One doe walked right past my tree so close she almost rubbed up against the tree.

By the time I got my bow and slowly nocked and drew an arrow she was behind a few saplings about 20 yards out. (She was moving quick.) when I released the arrow I saw and heard the arrow deflect. But cant blame that on mose Jammer...

It works I used mine also last Saturday killed a big doe at 13 yards up wind of me never knew I was there
