Put em up today

Well, I ran Hoppe's oil through the bore of my Optima Elite .270 and Marlin 30 30 today. I wiped em down with my Hoppe's silicone cloth and put em away. I picked up my Daiwa Zillion with the Shimano Cumara rod and it felt good.

Why? Its time to hunt coyotes and cats now.

Now that season's over is when I start planning trips to the range. I just put my long range hunting rifle in the cradle for a thorough cleaning and run a little Kroil through the bore. It goes in the safe and others come out for target time.

Mounted 2 new scopes in the last week and changed out a couple of others . Got the rem 22-250 out of the safe and dialed it in for some coyote hunting in the next few weeks . I am prepping some 223 brass tonight for the Handi rifle for walking around it is hard to beat. I shot the 22 452 cz super 2500 last week one ragged hole at 40 yards . I am preparing to mount the 10 x burris on the old 222 contender barrel and the pro point on the 30-30 16 inch barrel for some G hog blasting the summer through.

That is just a few of the projects planned this year . I still got to work up next years 30 - 06 loads for deer and am thinking of using the 30-30 win ca=lassic again as well as the Sweed 6.5 .
Krud I still gotta plan the Savage switch barrel projects for this year , haven't shot the 221 f ball much and the 222 rem needs to be cut back and rechambered to get rid of the to long rifling jump . The 25-06 hasn't been on the action for a couple of years and the 22-250 Pac- Nor 1x9 twist needs some trigger time as well as the 30-06 I haven't even shot yet.
I ain't puttin nuthin up .

I haven't even got to the mil collection yet.
