If I can ever get my house sold, My wife and I plan on living in a Motorhome/RV until I can find somewhere permanent. Lets hear the pros and cons of doing this and some possible locations within 35- 40 min of Mount Juliet.

The pros would be the freedom to come and go as you please......
There seem to be many campgrounds around the Nashville area.
Check with the KOA for pricing and locations that might suit you the best.
Wish you the best of luck.

My old business partner did this after we sold our company. He then sold his house and lived in a motor home until he decided where to move to, either Texas or back to Oklahoma. His daughter and s-i-l lived here in TN and both military kept getting deployed leaving him to take care of granddaughter.

He lived in one around the Millersville area and wasn't too crazy about it for about 1 1/2 years. He moved to one off Hwy 109 just south of the I40 exchange and really liked it there. It's still basically new and pretty nice from what I saw and how he talked.

That's definitely a hop skip and jump from Mt Juliet.
