Previous Age Guess, Now With Jawbone!

Posted a pic a trail cam pic a couple weeks ago, requesting an age guess. Said I was gonna shoot the deer, then post a follow-up. Well, here it is!

Here's the original trail cam pic, with a couple of kill pics, along with jawbone pics. I'm going with 2.5 years old because the first molar is still sharp. My original guess was 3.5, and I think that was the general consensus on the original post.

I would actually say 3.5

I think even after looking at the jawbone, that I would put that deer at 3.5. Nice buck. Congratulations.

Just a hint of wear on M1, usually that is a 3.5yo on my farms... but classic tooth wear textbook 2.5yo
