Sold/Expired Pre 64 Winchester 70 in 30-06

I really need to quit drinking and perusing gun auction sites. Bought this rifle a while back and I am never going to hunt with it. So putting it up for sale hoping somebody will actually use this classic deer rifle.
This was made in 1948. This rifle has been used but not abused. I do not know the round count.

The last character is a 6. Looks like a weak stamp. It is .30-06

Nice gun. I can see why you bought it. Someone needs to buy this and hunt with it. I certainly don't need it, but if I had the extra cash lying around I'd buy it.

Beautiful gun and my favorite model. Most people love the Remington 700 and my first deer rifle was a Winchester model 70 in 30-06 and I've loved them ever since. It's the Ranger model but bolt is smooth as glass. Haven't hunted it in years but will never part with it. GLWS!

I quit looking, but I have a buddy that helps me out by sending me links to any left handed rifles that he comes across. My wife says he is a bad influence. Nice rifle. GLWS
