My clover plots are really looking good, in fact, better than ever for this time of year. However, I am wanting to add some wheat and some brassicas to them for more variety and to maybe extend their life to later in the season. Should I lightly disk the clover to sow the wheat and brassicas? I hate to do this because it will mess up the clover. I know it will recover pretty quickly, but I hate to think of running a disk through good stands of clover. Or, should I just over-seed the wheat and brassicas and forget about the disking? Any thoughts would be appreciated!
