Deer lease available on 144 acres, in eastern Edmonson County, Kentucky. The property is almost right next to Mammoth Cave National Park, on the north side. Looking for two people for the 2026 gun season only. You may use any legal weapon. Each person can kill one buck and one doe. I will be the only other hunter on the property. The property is mostly oak woods with lots of white oaks. Lots of hills, hollers and creeks. Have two areas that are my refuges and no hunting. Have two one acre food plots which are clover. Have four orchards, with almost 300 chestnut and fruit trees. Boundaries are well marked and the property has lots of roads and fire lanes. Very low hunting pressure on the surrounding lands. Also have three feeders and two mineral licks. I will supply corn from August to end of gun season. Thirteen cameras on property for intell and five cameras you will see pictures from your phone. You may use my ladder stands and box blinds. I have one canvas box blind, three plastic hard side blinds, two wood box blinds, six or more ladder stands and a tall tripod stand with roof and sides. You are required to wear a safety harness in the ladder stands and will be required to sign a waiver. Polaris Ranger available for deer retrieval.
