Planning some 22's

With ammo prices doing what they are and thinking ahead to training 2 kids to shoot I am really getting the hankering to shoot some 22's more.

I have an old 10/22 I rarely shoot and a CZ 452 I never did like the stock on. I just sold that stock and it looks like I am going to do a build for that gun.

Anybody else shooting 22's much?

I hear nothing but good about the 452's. I'd like to pick up a 452 American one of these days.

I've always wanted to build a really NICE tricked out 10/22, just haven't gotten around to it.

Last time I shot a .22 was back in February. My 2 yr old son has a little Henry rifle, and I put him in my lap, held the gun up to his shoulder and let him pull the trigger shooting gallon milk jugs. He had a blast.

Occasionally I'll see really nice custom 10/22's on ar15.com...you might want to check there for one if you want to save a little money.

Nope 452 Lux. I just sold the stock on rimfirecental. I am going to do a laminate in it's place.

HH.... I have two 452 Americans one in 22mag and another in 17HMR.... Love them.

No SWR, can't afford it. YHM has a Mite coming out. Take apart and retails for $250. I'm thinking form 1, anybody got a benchtop mill for sale?

I shoot around 4 to 5 thousand rounds a year of 22's. Nothing like good cheap target practice.

I am working on my brother to convince him he needs a mill. Being able to go form 1 would make things fun.

The CZ's are great rifles. The micro mauser actions are awesome, not to mention the great adjustable triggers.
