Picked my mount up from December 2014

Took this buck last year in Hardin County on December 6th. Got the call last week that he was ready to come home.

Man that thing is beautiful. I love the filter you used on the first pics it really makes it pop up against the wood.

Cregg Jerrolds just outside of Savannah, TN is who mounted this deer. He's done several for us, including 4 over 140" for my Father in Law, all from Hardin County. My brother in law just took him a 149 5/8" 13 point from Sunday morning. I believe muddyboots, from here on the forum, has had some work done by him also.

I wish I did! We've actually been hunting some public land in Wayne Co. and had a great weekend this past weekend. Had 3 of us hunting, and my father in law killed a mid 120's 10 point and a buddy of ours that was hunting with us killed an upper 120's 9 point, all on public ground. I passed up a decent buck in an area where my FIL killed a 132" buck last season. Then the following morning we had to help my Brother in Law go load up his 149" 13 point he killed Sunday morn on his private land. Working 6 days a week and a 4 month old baby at home put a little hiccup in my hunting time this season. I haven't even had time to bother the dang fish!

I might be wrong but I believe it's a 9800 series form from Mckenzie Taxidermy supply.

Great looking mount! Cregg really does a great job. I had one done 3 years ago from him and its awesome. Dropped another off back in the middle of November. He has a pretty good wait list but its definitely worth it!
