Beef from a member here. 1 1/2" Ribeyes, pan seared in cast iron then finished off in the oven . Sooooooo good

Only way to do it imo. After steak is out, splash a little wine & butter in the skillet & stir with drippings. Makes an awesome sauce to dip in!
