I had rooster fries at the Stock Yard in Nashville. They are actually turkey fries but the name doesn't sound as good. Tasted kind of livery and had a weird texture but not bad.
Oysters, nads, nuts. Do you eat them?

they taste like chicken nuggets?
Uh, I'm not going through all that trouble for chicken nuggets. If they taste like venison loin, I'm in. Otherwise, I'll just swing through Wendy's drive through for some $.99 chicken nuggets if I ever get a craving!

I am sure there is probably some rooster fries ground up and mixed in with those chicken nuggets.
