My neighbor is 13 and have had her hunter safety course in florida, so my question is. That all she has to do is get her juvi hunting license to hunt? That TN recognize florida hunter safety course?

TN recognizes courses from all fifty states IF they are state certified courses.
She will need her young sportsman license. If she wants to take antlerless deer during the regular gun season, she will also need a type 94 permit.
