If youve never been I highly recommend it. The beauty is unreal! As far as being in shape, I'm the least of the 3. But I do exercise year round. Not fanatical but just trying to stay fit enough for this hunt. I don't want to be a hindrance to the others. If nothing else I suggest doing day hikes and go fishing. It's worth it
