I should have stayed in bed, last night I thought about just sleeping in and going on an evening hunt since the temp would be dropping but decided to go, well I overslept but managed to get over here at day break, walked in ankle deep mud half the way, get to my entrance into the woods, dripping sweat, take one step in on a slight slope and next thing I know my feet are in the air, it jolted enough that I landed on my butt and my left shoulder was hurting, got in the stand got settled in and realized I forgot my phone in the truck, not a big deal except I knew my wife would be texting me when she got up to see if I were ok and it wouldn't be good if I didn't answer for several hours, went got my phone and figured I'd set in a blind the rest of the morning except when I got to it the storm had collapsed it last night, I said that's it, I'll lick my wounds and try it again this afternoon, I'm going to the gym then back to bed
