My luck just keeps getting better with this bike.
I dropped my helment yesterday and it hit the tank about half way between the chrome part and the seat.
Put a small dent in the tank, off center to the left.
You can't see it unless you look but once you see it, it is there.
Considering covering up the "warning" stickers and dent with a decal.
Don't want it to look cheesey but I can't stand looking at the dent either.
So, original or with decal?

Only the flames and stuff will actually show, all the white is just the paper the decal is on.

LOL @ Allen. :D

Well I put it on but when I got done it was crooked as a politician so I pulled it off and tried to re-do it.
Guess I stretched it when I pulled it off so I just ripped it off and threw it away.
I did get those ugly arse warning stickers off though. :D

Wish we still had our Goldwing, we sold it in March this year. My back just wouldn't let me ride it. Maybe before long we will get us another one.

I hate all those warning stickers they put on them.

Try cooling dent with bag of ice (Keep tank dry) and after it is real cold heat dent with hair dryer or wait for cold night and letting morn sun warm it up. Sometime it will pop up. But you could see what paintless repair would cost. Ask used car lot in your area for the name of paintless repair guy they usualy come by ever few weeks.
