Oats, peas and a couple different clovers

I want to plant Oats,AW peas and a couple different kinds of clover in a 3 acre plot. How much of each? and What would be the best variety of clover to plant?

Do you want an annual clover or a perrenial clover?

I'd like for it to last till planting time next year .

Ill give my suggestions, others on here know more though, especially with seeding rates. I would suggest 75 pounds of oats, 5 pounds crimson clover, 5 pounds arrowleaf clover(if you can even find that since it may be late to order) and 15 pounds of AWP per Acre.
