Oak Ridge...anyone have any luck?

Did anyone have any luck yesterday at Oak Ridge? I saw a lot of deer all day, some really good bucks and shot a doe right before dark. Opted to leave it overnight

Yep. Killed a 7 point yesterday. I'll try and get some pics up. TWRA aged him at 2.5 and dressed he was 155 lbs.

Never liked this rule. Some folks hunt alone and it's a stretch to have em dressed and out within an hour. Years ago I had one run into the safety zone. I was told I had an hour to find the deer and have her out. I shot her in the liver, we bumped her and I saw her trot, hit a tree and fall back over. At that point I was told my hour was up. This was around 3pm. I learned one lesson, wait longer before asking for help.

Exactly, I was by myself and there was no way to get her out before an hour after sunset. I was already the 3rd from last guy out and I didn't drag a deer out.

Bad luck! My climber collapsed underneath me about 18 feet up in a tree while I was climbing up.
