I had 8 in my party and we drew a blind. I completed the NOI the day I was awarded—I'm the party leader. Also got the confirmation. Some of the other party members are now getting an email saying "Blind Forfeiture Imminent". I'm assuming we are good to go since I confirmed but those emails to others makes me wonder. A few also filled out the form and confirmed we would hunt. The main thing I told the others in the party is DO NOT specify you won't be hunting. Are we good to go?

I asked TWRA the same question yesterday over the phone.
The lady I talked to said as long as the party leader filled out the NOI you are good to go.

Even though she said nobody else had to, I would go ahead and get everyone to fill it out and as you said, NOBODY click no.

With this fiasco I would leave NOTHING to chance or even BEGIN to think it will be executed on their end correctly.

Thanks for the info!
