not a good day with the encore fx

sorry for the long read. here is the story last year about this time bought a new encore fx shot it and got it ready for season 10 shots breach plug was fine. 2 days into muxxy season missed a 7pt thought my gun was off because it was a chip shot went home shot it twice and perfict must have been me went to clean it breach plug was stuck finally got it out with destroying the plug called TC and no questions they would send me one free and the thought raced threw my head why they did that for free with no questions did they have bad breach plugs? well did not get it till after season gun been took apart all year till today put it together and thought i would check scope so 4 shots and im happy take it home and what do i find another stuck plug so after hours of anger management on this gun and i get it out to find the 2 bottom threads riped off so called TC and they are on shut down till next week so i think something is wrong with the barrel? so what would you guys do? depand another gun or a replacemnet barrel? barrel can be taken off by a gun smith. just dont no how to fill about TC at this time

Yea I used the Tc brand and I had it stored from last year with no plug in it

Hmmm... Must have something jacked up with the speed breech threads. I'd want a new barrel if it was mine. From what Ive heard, TCs customer service is pretty good.

Yea that's what I'm going to request is a new barrel and hope they are good at backing that life time warranty
